How can I check the availability of facilities in the website of

How can I see the location of houses on website?

Inside each page of the site with the tab of the structure there is a map with the structure positioned.

Are there any agreements with particular companies?

For our customers there are commercial agreements with operators operating activities complementary to accommodation: catering, shaded service (rental umbrellas and sunbeds), bike rental, outpatient health care complementary to tourism medicine.

How do I know if there are apartments accessible to disabled people?

In the description of the apartment you will find the symbol that indicates that the entrance to the common parts of the buildings and lifts is suitable for people in wheelchairs, please contact us directly for more info  on the accommodation .

Is there a minimum number of nights for the stay?

In high season ,June, July and August we rent weekly with arrivals and departures on Saturday, in low season (Blue Period) the minimum stay is 3 nights with free arrivals and departures.
The website is constantly updated to highlight any changes in progress.

Is it possible to book for more number of occupants than stay in the description of the accommodation?

It is forbidden to accommodate more people than is permitted by the number of beds indicated in the Contract Proposal;  children are considered as adults.

Can I book long stays?

Yes, and you will receive discounts based on the staying. It is possible to book  3 weeks or more taking advantage of the offer “3 for 2” in low season, while in the months of June, July, August or for the whole season is better to contact us for more information.

What does the price include?

The weekly price includes: electricity, hot and cold water, gas, initial cleaning.

What's not included in the price?

The price does not include: air conditioning/heating (if provided), beach service, linen, tourist tax.

How much is the tourist tax?

The tax charged varies from municipality to municipality and is due per person and per night. Currently the tourist tax in force in the municipality of Eraclea for guests staying in our accommodation is Euro 0.60 per person and per day and is paid all year round and must be paid by all  over 6 years old. The payment is required upon payment of the balance on arrival at the office before handing over the keys.

Is final cleaning included?

No, final cleaning is excluded.
The apartment must be left free, tidy and clean. Even if the Client has requested and paid for the final cleaning service, he is required to return the apartment free of waste and garbage, clean toilets, dishes and pots perfectly clean and stored in the appropriate closets. If on the day of departure, after checking the apartment will be dirty and messy will be charged the cost of cleaning as per price list increased by 100%. In the event that pots, pans, dishes or rubbish bins are found that are not perfectly clean, Euro 50,00 will be charged only for the cleaning of the latter. If in the apartments and / or gardens where animals were housed are found hair, droppings, holes will be charged only for this reason Euro 100,00

Is the apartment number or orientation guaranteed?

Yes, any request by the customer will be taken into account without prejudice to the roulette offer.

Are pets allowed?

Small pets are accepted only with the authorization of the agency and paying an extra charge of € 30.00 per week for each animal.

How many parking places do I have and how big are they?

Each apartment has only one parking place and must be parked exclusively in the allocated place, the size of the parking lots is standard and is not guaranteed the possibility of parking off-road vehicles, vans or cars of non-standard heights and sizes.

I won a free stay, what should I do?

It is necessary to contact the Agency, send the original voucher; it is not possible to change the date of the free stay or extend it for the next year.
The apartment has assigned by the Agency.

Do I need a deposit?

A deposit of 30% of the rent is required for the final confirmation of the booking.

When do I have to make the deposit?

The deposit must be paid no later than 15 days from the date on which the availability of the apartment for the period requested has been communicated.

What payment methods are possible?

You can pay by credit card Visa, Mastercard, Bancomat or check (on site) or bank transfer, for last minute arrivals are accepted credit cards, in the case of bank transfers is required to indicate  the number of the contract proposal.

Where do I find the bank details?

The bank details can be found in the Rental Contract Proposal, which is sent by e-mail or post.

If I cancel a reservation, I lose my deposit?

The Client undertakes to inform immidiatly the Agency of the impossibility of using the holiday and the consequent cancellation of the booking; if the cancellation is made at least 5 weeks before the start of the stay, the Client will receive a voucher with the same amount of the deposit paid, deduct the costs of practical management, to be used for another booking in the same facility in the current or next year; if the cancellation is made less than 5 weeks  of starting stay, the deposit will be lost without further charge, in case the customer does not come on the day of the beginning of the stay (NO SHOW) without inform the Agency   (by mail or fax 0039.0421.66049) the customer agrees to pay the balance of the days that may remain as a result of this vacancy. In case of proven necessity (accident, illness, holiday cancellation, etc.) and with a notice of at least 10 days, the Client may request the Agency to postpone the stay (not change the period), during the same year, on another apartment that maybe available charging only the costs of practical management.

Discount vouchers are not combinable with other offers or promotions and may not be usable in all facilities.

Can I take out insurance?

You can take out travel insurance online.
The insurance partner chosen by Agenzia Universo is Allianz with its product Booking-Protection.
The policy can be taken out directly by the guest within 24 hours of booking directly on the homepage of Agenzia Universo.
The insurance can concern only the deposit or in case of total payment of the rent the amount paid
